Only simple natural ingredients are used: water, kombucha culture, sugar and loose leaf tea.

Premium and Classic teas are made with only tea and no added flavouring. 

Classic Tea with Botanicals may contain dry fruit or natural juices depending on the product: dried ginger, fresh turmeric, dried mandarin orange, juice of passion fruit or juice of mulberry.

Contains no artificial preservatives or additives.

Keep all bottles chilled and refrigerated (5 celsius). This keeps the living kombucha culture dormant, they are alive but less active.

Our Kombucha is alive and can get very active (meaning lots of bubbles). When opened, quickly pour out the bottle into a glass. If not, you could end up with a lot of the Kombucha on the kitchen floor! Sometimes we are prepared with a tray or some container to catch any overflows. This is usually the case in the summer when cultures are more active.

With glass bottles you can recycle the bottles in the usual way. 

We do encourage our business outlets to collect any used bottles and we can recycle these bottles the next time we deliver to our partner’s outlets.
