原料:水、康普茶菌種、糖與原葉茶。
「精選茶系列」僅使用茶葉,不含其他添加風味。
「經典茶佐草本系列」則依口味不同,可能添加天然果乾或果汁,例如:乾燥薑片、新鮮薑黃、乾燥橘皮、百香果汁或桑椹果汁。
我們的康普茶皆用天然簡單的原料,不含任何人工防腐劑或化學添加物
請務必冷藏保存(建議溫度:5°C)。這樣可以讓康普茶中的活菌處於休眠狀態,雖然它們仍然活著,但活動力會降低。
我們的康普茶是活的,有時會變得非常活躍(也就是產生大量氣泡)。開瓶後請立即將康普茶倒入玻璃杯中,否則可能會讓廚房地板也一起喝到康普茶!有時我們會準備托盤或容器接住可能溢出的茶液,特別是在夏天,發酵文化活性較高時更需注意。
玻璃瓶可以照一般方式回收處理。
我們也鼓勵商家合作夥伴協助回收使用過的瓶子,我們會在下一次配送時一併收回並妥善回收利用。

GABA 乌龙茶是一种富含天然“好心情”成分 —— γ-氨基丁酸(GABA) 的发酵茶,常被认为有助于放松与舒缓身心。
GABA 茶的制作工艺最初来自日本,但在台湾经过改良与提升,采用无氧(厌氧)发酵方式,能够大幅提高 GABA 含量,形成风味独特、口感温和的乌龙茶。
在 Wild Touch,我们选用台湾高山优质 GABA 乌龙,经康普茶发酵后更展现出丰富的层次与风味 —— 包括麦芽、果香与淡雅花香,风味悠长,值得细细品味。
